Power up to 80 kW. The voltage at the cathode unit is up to 30 kV.

Crystallizer with a diameter of 80 mm, length up to 1000 mm.

The high vacuum is provided by an oil diffusion pump.

Two vacuum turbopumps are installed on the gun to provide a high vacuum in the beam passage zone and the melting zone.
